This is a spectacular cookbook - it not only includes both indoor grilling and outdoor BBQ recipes, but appetizers and side dishes. There's even a whole chapter on grilling dessert! My fav recipes are in this book - some of the pages are stuck together I use it so much. Yummy pork rub that can be used on steak as well, scrumptious Asian Salmon marinade that melts in your mouth, Summertime Pasta recipe is quintessetial summer. You can't go wrong with this cookbook.
