About the Author

Maruti Seidman is on the faculty of Spectrum Center Schools of Massage in Lake Stevens, Washington and has been teaching Polarity Therapy in North and Central America for twenty years. He co-founded Twin Lakes College of Healing Arts in Santa Cruz, California. He is the author of A Guide to Polarity Therapy.

This is one of the best books I've read. It contains information about everything from what to eat to the different vibrations that you need to become balanced. It includes information about astrology that is easy reading. It made me say "oh, now I get it"! I've used the information from the book in the classroom and for myself personally. It is one of the few books that I rarely lend. I highly recommed it for any age group.

There is no end to new age rhetoric. Metaphysics come and go like fashions for the forebrain. So it is with relief that Maruti Seidman makes sense of the subtle body in this accessible book. I ought to know -- I was his midwife for the birth of his first baby in 1980 or so. He was grounded even then and this book brings out my jubilant heart to this day!
