4.0 out of 5 stars Quick and Easy Read, August 27, 2002
By A Customer
This book had some good common sense tips on writing emails. I was suprised at the attention paid to proper grammar. The grammar portion was very similar to an English class and writing essays.

4.0 out of 5 stars Basic E-Mail, February 24, 2006

This book is very basic when it comes to writing e-mail. Just like all of the Thompson series books it gives exercises for the reader to complete. Part 4, Polishing Your Cybermanners is one of the better chapters.

4.0 out of 5 stars Quick and easy common sense approach to writing email, November 4, 1999
By A Customer
Tom and Nancy Flynn have put together a short book that is fun to read. The included tips and ideas will certainly help improve the quality of your electronic messages and reduce the amount of e-clutter on the information superhighway. This book should be required reading for all email users.
