3.0 out of 5 stars Almost Perfect for the Fl east coast angler, ALMOST, February 6, 2001
By A Customer
My perspective: I am looking to get a boat to fish east Fl. I am new to the how-to of salt fishing and boating. Pros: The other reviews here are accurate in that the book provides good GPS locations and addresses of where to fish (also park, pier, and dock info). Good info about the FL gamefish and how-to tips on how to catch, them from either land or boat. Cons: The "how-to" lacks the proper illustrations and pictures to really leave you understanding of what was said. Great tips, but useless if you do not understand the lingo!! Tip for author: 1. Use step-by-step pictures to explain rigs (add picture glossary to define terms) 2. For your suggested equipment section, add a competitor analysis including your suggestions of specific product and manufacturer. Conclusion: I am still glad I bought the book.

5.0 out of 5 stars Catch Fish Now Florida's East Coast, August 6, 2000
By Kevin B. Jensen (Melbourne, FL USA) - See all my reviews
Excellent Book. Gives detailed information regarding specific locations up and down the east coast. Also included is a summary of effective bates and seasons in which you are most likely to catch certain game fish. A must read for the avid Fisherman/Fishwoman!!!
