Belying his sound-bite media persona, Johnson grounds his philosophy in reality, urging readers to dispel their self-delusions of injury, oppression, etc. and scrutinize the reasons they make harmful relationship choices. The best relationship self-help book that I have ever read!!!
The author gets to the root of relationship problems in a clear and concise way. Dr. Johnson offers solutions that took my relationship to the next level. Now, I can really understand my relationship choices (some good, some not so good). I love the way he offered commentary on other self-help books that I didn't think were helpful either. If you're less than thrilled with your current relationship, you gotta' get this book. Finally, an author that gets it!!!

Dr. Johnson guides you in your search for answers about relationships by making you look at yourself and the decisions you have made, and why it is you make those decisions. I found this book to be very helpful and professional. Unlike most relationship books, I feel as though you can truly apply what you take away from the book to your own life and relationship.
