Douglas A. Kamstra has served as a senior pastor for 19 years and as Prayer Mobilizer/Coordinator for Christian Reformed Home Missions for five years. He also leads prayer retreats, seminars, and conferences on prayer in the U.S. and Canada.

This is a collection of prayer approaches from a number of different traditions. It is more of a reference guide than a 'sit down read'. This book is geared towards developing 'prayer programs' rather than the actual experience of prayer. But it is very informative nonetheless.
