This is the book to read if you are serious about implementing TPM. It's easy to understand, fits the North American business environment and discusses real-life experiences and results of TPM. The detailed explanations on how to establish the OEE measure are invaluable.

Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) is an extremely effective strategy for increasing industrial competitiveness in today's worldwide economy.
