Product Description
This sought-after resource satisfies artists yearnings for inspiration and instruction beyond the basic how-to approach of other stamping books. Stamp Art offers expert ideas and techniques from a dozen master rubber stamp artists. The book is divided into three sections: Altered Surface Treatments; Artistic Stamping; and Mixed Media Effects. A special section is also included in which contributing artists create art with a single stamp.
Demos include: faux finishes, marbled backgrounds, stamping memories, monoprinting, artstamps (mimicking real stamps), thermal embossing, stamping with carved stamps, handmade cards, stamp collages, miniature books, and more.
