Jack H. Grossman is an associate professor of management at DePaul University in Chicago, Illinois. He received his M.A. and Ph.D. in psychology from Loyola University in Chicago. In addition to teaching, he also serves as a consultant to small and medium-sized companies, where he specializes in communication for managers.
