5.0 out of 5 stars Authoritative yet accessible, December 7, 2008
By Dr. Moebius (Milky Way) - See all my reviews
Excellent historical overview and sidebar essays add an additional perspective to the topic. Most, but not all, of the case-specific discussions are well-written. Chapters on Section 102 (Novelty) and 103 (Obviousness) are sufficiently detailed to tease apart the complexity of these concepts.

This textbook is actually readable; it's fun, yet it provides all the details you could possibly want.
