5.0 out of 5 stars Systems theory, the church and the pastor, July 26, 2007
Edwin Friedman was one of the first to apply systems theogy (and therapy!) to a local church congregation. This book is a later, more "practical" application of Friedman's work, showing church leaders who they can be effective within the "system" that is the local church. Excellent resource for those wishing to understand how church cultures work and how to be a change agent. High recommended.
