Product Description
Based on the ancient Bardic system of understanding the universe, the Faery Wicca Tarot, by Kisma K. Stepanich, blends traditional Tarot images with the mystical symbolism of modern Faery Wicca magick.

Faery Wicca traces back to a distant age when gods inhabited the world and the lands and oceans were divided among them. These deities came from the OtherWorld, where they acquired secret knowledge, science, prophecy, and magick, now illustrated in a usable form in the Faery Wicca Tarot.

Unlike any other, this deck has five sections, beginning with forty Element cards, ten each for air, earth, fire, and water. Next come sixteen Helper cards, consisting of a maiden, knight, high king, and high queen for each suit, similar to the court cards. Then come twenty-two Ancient Ones cards, similar to the traditional major arcana. The last sections include the Power card and four Gift of Faery cards.

Together, the eighty-three cards of the Faery Wicca Tarot give you a deck steeped in Irish Faery tradition. Beautifully illustrated by RenŽe Christine Yates, this deck helps you experience the Faery wisdom first hand.

Included in this set is a 181-page booklet that reveals the meaning of the ancient symbolism, as well as the meanings of each of the cards of the Faery Wicca. The booklet also explains the meanings of each of the cards of the Faery Wicca Tarot. Use it to steep yourself in the Faery tradition.

Of course, to use the Tarot for divinations, you will need various spreads. The booklet includes more than a dozen spreads with a complete analysis of how to use them to help you make positive life changes, determine your best course of action, and awaken greater psychic perception. Get the Faery Wicca Tarot today.

From the Publisher
The eight-three cards of the Faery Wicca Tarot and the 181-page booklet in this set have two tasks. First, they present a vision of the Tarot with extra cards unique to this deck. This complete system is a wondrous tool for inner transformation, designed to help you make wiser decisions and have a richer journey on your spiritual path.

In order to accomplish this, you will need to know the divinatory meanings of the cards and how to use them in spreads. The booklet explains the meaning of each card and shows how they are used in fifteen different layouts. Examples allow you to see exactly how to use the cards for a variety of purposes.

The second task is to share the magnificent vision of the Faery Wicca, based upon ancient Irish myth and legend. It brings the ancient gods and goddesses to life to guide, comfort, and imbue you with spirituality and power. The symbolism on these cards brings forth that vision in a way that can inspire you to a greater understanding of the Faery Wicca path and a deeper understanding of yourself.

Whether you want Kisma K. Stepanich's Faery Wicca Tarot for its introduction to the Faery Wicca tradition or its usefulness as a divinatory tool, you should get it today.

5.0 out of 5 stars A beautiful and spiritual deck, February 19, 2000
By A Customer
This deck is so beautiful... It differs from traditional tarot decks because it includes the Tree of Life card and four Gift of Faery cards. It, however, is not for everyone, as it is rather specialized (the Faery Wicca path) and it definitely helps to have a background in the tradition, but a beautiful deck nonetheless.

5.0 out of 5 stars Faery Wicca Tarot Cards, October 14, 2001
By Jackie.Christie (Edmonton, Alberta, Canada) - See all my reviews
The biggest advantage of the deck is the 'extra' cards. I have used this deck for over 5 years (it is wearing out), and I find the insights combined with the mythology to be both insightful and of a revelationary nature. My daughter calls this the 'cadillac' of tarot decks. Occasionally, when I have done readings for others, they have been awed by the spot-on accuracy and revelation nature of the readings. Beautiful artwork, meaningful mythological analogies, and profound writing. Excellent.

4.0 out of 5 stars Attractive, June 3, 2005
What originally drew me to this deck was the Empress card, known as The Mother Goddess card. The artwork is beautiful, and I found all the cards in the major arcana to be very attractive. The court cards are exceptional too.

I did have some difficulty with the minor arcana, but I am not an experienced tarot reader and there were not enough symbols to attempt any sort of meaning. I found myself constantly referring to the book. A more experienced tarot reader (or someone who has the meanings of all the cards memorized) would enjoy this deck, but I found it rather difficult to read with. What I did find interesting about the minor arcana was that if you laid the cards out in order they are actually taking you down a very obvious visual pathway.

The book itself is fun, and she has some interesting tarot layouts to try.

This is not a light and fluffy deck, and it gives readings that are no nonsense and forthright. And where I don't believe it's an easy deck for the beginning tarot reader I wouldn't let that deter anyone from trying it.... there's always the book to turn to.

Overall I have found this deck to give powerful readings, and have enjoyed working with it.
