About the Author
Jill Murphy Long is a certified yoga instructor, athlete, ski instructor and professional writer. She held the positions of partner and creative director/copywriter for ten years at Murphy & Watt Advertising Agency, owned The Ad Group, and worked for Foote, Cone and Belding, ADWEEK, and the Advertising Center. She holds a B.A. in Communications and resides in Steamboat Springs, Colorado, with her husband Greg and daughter Brittany Christine.
