As a Physician who is trained in Echocardiography but not in abdominal ultrasound, I found this an invaluable guide to learning abdominal ultrasound. It simplifies many of the concepts. As many of us will not have the time to do even a short Fellowship, this CD Rom is a good trainer. It is better than many books which I have on my shelves.
