New to the internet, recently I purchased Nancy's book. I found it to be the best tool of information I have. It is easily understandable for a novice like me. I have collected for years but this book opened up a new world by helping me to understand all aspects of buying,selling, and trading on the internet. Her book saved me hours of time trying to figure out things that were new to me. I recently gave her book to two friends of mine who are very experienced net surfers and they agree, this book covers it all. I highly recommend it to both sides of the fence. Novices/Experienced

This was the perfect book for what I needed. I wasn't comfy with sending things through the mail to people from the Internet but Hix's book helped get me over the initial qualms. I recommend it to anyone whose going to use the Internet for collecting.

I wish I had this book about 6 months ago when I started buying off the internet. The information provided in this book has helped me understand and get a handle on all the terms and procedures in auctions and in trading. I believe that I have become a better bidder and trader after reading this book. I'm going to use this book to design my own homepage which will look great following Nancy's step-by-step procedures. I recommend this book to anyone who is interested in buying, selling, or trading collectibles over the internet. A great investment for any collector!!!!
