Product Description
Geraldine Hughes comes forth to set the record straight about what really happened behind the scenes in the 1993 child molestation case against Michael Jackson. In Redemption: The Truth Behind the Michael Jackson Child Molestation Allegations, Hughes reveals facts that have never been made public, court documented information, public statements and records that she insists prove Jackson’s innocence.

The chapters unfold by revealing the key players, highlighting the events leading up to the allegation and giving a thorough description of the legal activities that led Jackson’s attorney to settle the case. Redemption is a modern-day mystery that requires a chapter-by-chapter unfolding for all the facts to be known and to redeem an innocent man’s character from the cloud of guilt that has been hanging over his head since 1993. Justice can only be served after the truth is told.

About the Author
Geraldine Hughes, has been one of L.A.'s top legal secretaries of 23 years. She worked on the 1993 case involving Michael Jackson before, during and after the child molestation allegations and is now pursuing her dream as a full-time missionary. She provides them with an outlet to get involved in Christian activities outside their environment to enhance their quality of life through social, academic and spiritual enrichment. It is her goal to someday have a youth center for the at-risk and a youth church that trains and instructs youth how to interact with one another.

5.0 out of 5 stars for those sincerely interested in hearing both sides, April 6, 2004
By A Customer
I have become fascinated with the scandals surrounding Michael Jackson, none more than the child molestation allegations against him in 1993. To hear a perspective from inside the accusers camp gives you both sides to this case, and I must say, Mr. Jackson's side is quite convincing. Michael Jackson had nothing to do with this book, nor does he know the woman that wrote it. But that woman surely knows him, and the extent to which he has been wronged. I urge anyone who really wants to get to the bottom of this case to read this book. Also, do some amateur researching and investigating of the current allegations against Michael Jackson, and you will find many of the same key players involved and similarities between the two cases. No one knows what happened between Michael Jackson and these boys, but of the hundreds of thousands of children he's come across over decades, as time has passed and they've grown into adults, still only two will say anything wrong ever took place. And upon researching these two cases, you'll find many clues pointing to these allegations being completely bogus. Though I'm not spiritual, the author is and there are many spiritual refernces. If you can disreguard this for a moment, and look at the facts, you'll find this woman to seem very credible. I believe one of the greatest injustices could be made on the part of the public in assuming this man is guilty without giving enough fair judgement considering the facts. If Michael Jackson is innocent, the world owes him a BIG apology. Check it out and see for yourself:)

5.0 out of 5 stars Redemption: ((The Truth)), March 4, 2004
This book is great, for sure this book has the information to prove his innocence. I recomend it to everybody, not just to fans. If you truly beleive in JUSTICE, and think everyone should have the right to a fair tria (GET IT) You'll be amazed what is inside the book.

> Dates and files clearly show the plot of extotion

> Michael was cornered in a wall, the only way out was to pay the money demanded

> D.A office spent dozens of thousands of dollers, interviewd over 400 people, searched Neverland, his condo, and the family Encino home and could not find anything on Michael.

This book is a MUST READ

5.0 out of 5 stars A cruel sport... the media trial., April 22, 2004
By A Customer
Sadly for all children, many caring adults may now have cause for deep concerns and misgivings... The wise will refrain from caring and sharing. Apparently, there are serious risks and consequences for spending time and having contact with children. Considering that Michael has done so much good for kids, it must be true that "No good deed will go unpunished". Shame on all of us, because we love the sordid display of the media trial, just as we loved the witch burnings and creaking gallows, the spectacular blood sports of days gone by.
They say that you cannot protect yourself from a liar.. I hope Michael can prove them wrong.
