5.0 out of 5 stars A Must for Every Cyclist, June 18, 2001
By llama lee (Roseville, CA USA) - See all my reviews
This book is a colection of articles that are a must read for every rider who wants to get a headstart on their cycling education. In one neat little book is advice on a range of subjects like how to buy and fit your bike, simple repairs, riding techniques, training and nutrition. I have purchased and given away at least a dozen of these books to new riders and they all agree that this book made it so much easier to learn and enjoy the sport. It should be required reading by every bicycle rider.

If you haven't bought a bike in years, this is the book. Helps explains bike terms, differences between road and mountain bikes and how to fit a bike. Also goes over riding and health-related topics. Good way to get started.
