LOVE the restaurant, and the cookbook is a great extension of some of the great recipes they share! I slow-roasted a roast this weekend and the aromas in my house were unbelieveable.......the cheese fondue recipe is fabulous!!

Awsome book! Some restaurant history and some excellent recipies from their menu. A must have for any garlic enthusiast.
