The pictures and format are vibrant and beautiful as well as clear and concise, which is huge bonus to any "how to" manual. There's a great overview of aromatherapy. I found the synopsis of the oils and how they will benefit your skin type to be very interesting and helpful, although, a few of the products have not been easy to find (but there's a list of contacts and mail order in the index). The exercises were easy to follow and gentle, with full color pic's and text explanation. The oils and exercices are soothing. I also found the full color poster of the exercises(included), to be helpful during travel. I've been on the daily program for 2 weeks now and I already feel a difference in the overall tone of my face. I like the way this book promotes a healthy alternative to preserving and resurecting younger skin. It's also a good read if you're interested in learning some fascinating basics about oils & aromatherapy. Aesthetically, I love this book. Great combination of instructional pic's and informative advice.

Great information on methods (with photos to go along with the steps) as well as information on carrier and essential oils (their benefits and uses)...very much recommended!

This book will show you the massage program for your face that will make you look and feel younger. The massage program along with all the information on essential and carrier olis will give you everything you need to make your own body and facial products.
