Editorial Reviews
Book Description
"A Little of Dis and Some of Dat" is an enjoyable book written by Dr. Walter Weiss for practical use; yet designed for your entertainment. The chapters are interesting, informative, and short. This allows the reader to easily flow in and out of the "kitchen-tested" recipes. The recipes themselves have been skillfully laced with anecdotes and funny happenings.

"A Little of Dis and Some of Dat" provides a unique approach to the culinary arts, emphasizing the "cook to taste" method used by Walter's German grandma. Nevertheless, the need to measure initially is the key to a good start. This book eliminates shopping for that perfect present for your friends. Surprise them by giving this volume as a gift for any occasion.

1.0 out of 5 stars "The worst book I have ever read in my life...", May 24, 1999
By A Customer
This was simply the worst book I have ever read in my 55 years on planet Earth. At no point did Mr. Weiss ever come close to making a rational thought. I award him no points, and may God have mercy on his soul...
