About the Author

Stan Zweifel, Offensive Coordinator/Wide Receivers/Quarterbacks Coach, has been at UW-W since 1990. During his playing days, Zweifel was a wide receiver for UW-River Falls, being the team's leading receiver for two years, and leading the team in scoring in 1973. Stan's coaching background began in high school at Markesan, WI and New Ulm, MN, followed with a stint as the offensive coordinator at Northern Colorado University and as head coach at both Yankton College, SD and Minnesota-Morris before coming to UW-Whitewater. Stan is known around the country as one of the finest offensive line coaches, teaching the zone concept. Many high school and college coached consult with him to find out the proper teaching progressions needed to run that type of offense most effectively.

These 101 drills are fun and they help if u end up working hard (unlike the guy below me)

This book is terrible. 101 Drills that are totally useless. I did not get anything out of this book. Everything was very simple and common knowledge. The diagrams were very poorly layed out so that many drills would be impossible to duplicate. Definitely do not recommend.
