My children enjoyed listening to this in the car. It is not for absolute beginners, that is true.
But for 7-12 year olds who have started learning French in school it's a fun cd with a cute
story. And it didn't drive me nuts either.

This may work as a one-off product, say in a plane ride, for a kid who studied basic French during the year. An overall activity-revision product. But as a learning tool?....I don't get it. And besides, to get kids to sit there and work on a language during a car ride?...hmmm...
otherwise, the product is fine language-wise, good teaching material.
