About the Author
Delia Quigley (Newton, NJ) has more than twenty years of experience in the fields of natural food preparation, nutrition, and Hatha Yoga. She is a Kushi-certified macrobiotic chef, an alternative nutritional consultant, and the author of two vegetarian cookbooks. In 1998 she created a five-week cleansing program called the Body Rejuvenation Cleanse, which allows the organs of the body to cleanse, strengthen, and heal by eating a whole-foods diet.
