1.0 out of 5 stars Unreadable, October 28, 2008
By Mordechaiipa "mordechai_ipa" (Mitzpe Nevo, Israel) - See all my reviews
I ordered two books on IIS 7.0 The other one was "IIS 7 Implementation And Administration"(Sybex). I found "How To Cheat at IIS7" unreadable! I gave up on it and carried on with the Sybex book. It has its limitations as well but at least I could get through the chapters without my eyes glazing over.

4.0 out of 5 stars The best book have ever read on IIS, December 15, 2009
Amazon Verified Purchase(What's this?)
I am very pleased getting this book and benefited a lot from it.
How to cheat at IIS 7 is a very comprehensive book for all readers from beginners about IIS to experts who would like to know more about changes on IIS 7 from the previous version.

The book describes clearly on how to install, configure, and administer IIS 7.The book also covers trouble shooting and diagnosing IIS 7.
The way this book describes, the systematic approaches to configure IIS, revisions, questions and answers at the end of every page makes this book unique from other similar IIS books.
I advise any developer or web administrator to have it and benefited.

4.0 out of 5 stars Liked the book, helpfull in migrating to IIS7, November 6, 2009
By JC (Chicago IL) - See all my reviews
I had a webserver project to migrate an existing .net app over to IIS7 from
our web farm. This book was very helpfull in giving a crash coarse overview
without getting bogged down in all the details from MS guides. Would recommend.
