About the Author
Lisa Shara Hall is a specialist on the wines of the Pacific Northwest and is the author of The Food Lover's Companion to Portland. She is a contributor to Hugh Johnson's Pocket Wine Book and Jancis Robinson's The Oxford Companion to Wine, and writes regularly for The Oregonian, Wine Business Monthly and Wine Business insider in the US. Lisa is a frequent lecturer and educator about wine, and is the first candidate in Oregon for the Master of Wine qualification.
