Born and educated in Toronto, Canada, Carol Tennant moved to the UK in 1987. She has worked as a freelance home economist and food writer for the past 10 years. Her work has featured in magazines such as BBC Good Food, House Beautiful, Vegetarian Good Food, and Ready, Steady, Cook. Carol has authored other books for Spruce, including Outdoor Grub and Knead. She is also a food stylist for photography for food packaging.
