4.0 out of 5 stars A very good way to introduce IPA to young singers, December 23, 2002
By Holly Ann Pelletteri (Monticello, Iowa United States) - See all my reviews
I absolutely love this book. It is by far the best publication I have found to teach young singers the basics of the International Phonetic Alphabet (IPA). I found it very easy to understand and their are excellent charts for easy references. Although there are a few ocassional exceptions to rules that could be more easily explained, the basics are taught well. It receives my highest recommendation as a vocal instructor.

It's intact. It was bent on the edges when I got it, but I can't blame the sender for that.
