About the Author
Darina Allen Is Ireland's best known food ambassador and author of IRISH TRADITIONAL COOKING, which won several awards. She has presented the RTE/Carlton Food Network series of nine television shows entitled 'Simply Delicious'. She travels widely when not running the Ballymaloe Cookery School, which she founded with her husband, Tim Allen, in 1981.
