I purchased this cd, and as soon I tried it, I was amazed. When I listen to it and relax, I can see vivid images, and my imagination is better than I would have ever thought possible. this cd does exactly what it says, it increases creativity, and I am living proof that it works, because I write music, and whenever I listen to this program it is much easier to create new songs. I also own at least 10 other brain sync cds, and this one is by far my favorite! The music on this cd is also what makes it so enjoyable.

This program is very relaxing without inducing fuzzy-mindedness or sleepiness. I find it useful to listen to when I want to diminish stress but maintain alert concentration. I have played it at work while performing proof-reading tasks, and find that it helps me into a frame of mind in which I can spot errors that I missed previously. I've also found that it boosts my "tactical" thinking when doing recreational problem-solving such as puzzles and video games. I've yet to be disappointed by any of Kelly Howell's fine products!

This has to be my most often played CD. There's no doubt in my mind that I am in a more creative mindset as a result of listening to it. Sometimes I'm blocked and I pop it in to relax. As the block disolves, I can get to "work." Other times I'm in a mood to create something and I put it on in the background to keep me moving. Even if I'm typing papers for business or school and I want a little something "more" in them - I just pop in the CD and the papers just take off.

Becareful not to listen to this CD when you need to get housework done though - I notice that I have a tendency to start cleaning my office then end up with a paint brush in my hand instead of the dust rag.

As with any CDs of this type: You get out what you put into them. If you're open minded they work great. If you're skeptical try to be accepting to the notion that they do work and they will at least be of some help. Who knows, there might be a Picasso or a Monet lurking around inside of you.
