About the Author
Kevin M. Heinz is a professor of entomology at Texas A&M University. He lives in College Station, Texas. Roy M. Van Driesche is a professor of entomology at the University of Massachusetts and the coauthor of Biological Control. He lives in Amherst, Massachusetts. Michael P.
