It's one A.M. as I write this comment, and I have just finished reading 'The Messenger'. Ms. Heflin, you owe me a few hours of sleep! I thoroughly enjoyed your new novel, and found myself reading faster and faster as I neared the end. I only do that when a book (and I read LOTS of them) has really got my attention. Needless to say, you had me where you wanted me. While my spiritual beliefs strongly differ with the premise of your story, it IS fiction, and I thoroughly enjoyed the book from that standpoint. Your characters come alive, their interactions are believeable and engaging, and the plot sucks the reader in and doesn't let him go. Bravo! Please, write on!!

The Messenger is a very good read. You will not be sorry. It should become A Movie. All the people I Know have enjoyed it and could not put it down and enjoyed the main characters. It is funny and serious and very entertaining. Read it and you will love the author.

The Messenger hold,s your interest and you love the main character. Everyone that has read it has enjoyed it very much. I feel it has a good story base with comedy and a serious aspect. It is a good read and I highly recommend it. It makes you think and is very enjoyable. Read it and you won,t be dissapointed!
