Bill Hufnagle is a columnist and the gastronomic editor for Cruising Rider magazine, the author of 'Biker Billy's Freeway-a-Fire Cookbook' and 'Biker Billy Cooks with Fire', and a frequent guest on national television, including The Tonight Show with Jay Leno, Good Morning America, and CNN. When he is not riding his 1996 fuel-injected Harley-Davidson Road King Police Bike (FLHP-I) or his 2000 Buell S3T, Billy's at home in Asheville, North Carolina.
