This is an attractive, comb-bound book featuring vegetarian Mexican recipes. Favorites include salsa verde, black bean dip, veggie quesadillas, huevos rancheros, tortilla soup, tofu taco salad, frijoles, chile hominy, mexican pizza, mushroom enchiladas, bean tacos, green corn tamales, flan sangria and Mexican mocha. At $6.95 this book makes a great gift.

A very well thought out and intriguing set of options for vegetarians who are tired of steamed vegetables and tofu. My only criticism is that the book is too short!
