This book gives more than just recipes for people on a gluten-free diet. It is aimed specifically for helping parents with children who are gluten-intolerant or allergic to wheat. "Gluten-Free Kids!" gives party ideas, holiday and special occasion menus, lunch box and other meal menus, helpful hints for the parents, association information, and a wonderful collection of recipes. Many of the recipes are "kid-friendly" -- they are easy enough for a child to help prepare!
From the Author
I wrote this book because my son and I had all the symptoms of gluten-intolerant. Now, you too can benefit from my research. (Gluten-intolerance is mostly problems with products made from wheat, rye, oat and barley.)
