Bombers Broadside 2008 is out!

A last minute distribution change dropped the price of Bombers Broadside from $14.95 to $12.99 -- and now it is no longer considered a "book" but is a "magazine" since it is being distributed through a magazine newsstand distributor. This means the version shown on Amazon's pages (with an ISBN) is "cancelled" and replaced with the magazine version.... except I don't think Amazon has quite caught on yet. Anyway, it is OUT THERE and ready to be read! EJ Fagan did a fantastic profile of Joba Chamberlain that every Yankees fan should read, there's a great one of Joe Girardi by Dan Schlossberg, a piece on the "young elephants" by Dan Graziano (the Steinbrenner sons), top prospect reports, roster preview, a retrospective of the wild 1998 season, the even wilder 1978 season, and a tribute to Phil Rizzuto.

I also put in a piece myself on how to give yourself a tour of Yankee Stadium on a game day, all the things to see and look at before they tear the old place down.
