Review
"This book is great; it helps students grasp basic science concepts with just a two page layout. The diagrams are very comprehensive, containing key concepts in physiology and pharmacology. The format of the book is one page of a concept map followed by a page of explanations. The diagrams are multi-colored and are very easy to read. The explanation page follow a high yield format, for example the page on Diuretics contains an explanation of diuretics as follows: Overview, Medical Chemistry, Basic Pharmacology, Clinical Pharmacology, Pharmacotherapeutics, toxicity and adversea effects. This general format covers the high points of the pharmacology. The book does a good job covering the core chapters in pharmacology. Also, the book contains great questions and explanations. This book would be a great quick review for the USMLE".

"Overall I found the book useful as it covers just the essential facts. Each page is a new topic, which means you can cover a lot of topics in a short period of time."
