If I could choose only one writer's resource, this book would be it. I order a current copy every year to keep me updated on publishers' needs and submission guidelines. I like the way the book is organized with respect to book publishers and I also like the additional dividends in terms of sample cover letters, sample query letters, and sample synopses and outlines. There is even a section for manuscript preparation as well as a section for picture book submissions and picture book dummies. This book covers just about everything a writer needs to know about how to submit a manuscript and to whom. Highly Recommended!
