Sound is beautfull and tender, I listen this tape help me to sleep. It works for me. I would like to see the CDROM version publish.

The spoken word portion ("affirmations") is uninspiring and sounds tedious and boring. Annoying even. Listen instead to recorded crickets, rain or a spring pond with frogs if you want to be lulled to sleep. No "story," narrative in the affirmations. The entertainment or enlightenment quotient value of this tape is very low. A guided meditation such as those by Emmett Miller much to be preferred. Cannot agree with the other reviewer who rates this highly.
