Michael Stanley's Biography
He grew up in Alaska and as a teen took his camera on fishing and hunting trips. Emphasis was on wildlife and landscape. With no formal training his talent for composition and lighting was honed by trial and error. Later in life he found himself influenced by the glamour photography of John Kelly. His subject matter now revolves around the female form and includes fine art figure and glamour. As publisher and photographer for his own glamour calendar he is actively shooting year round. His studio Magic Moments Photography caters primarily to private female customers and creative commercial stock. He has been working with personal computers since the mid 80s and publishes some of his work on the internet.
