Product Description

This book describes in detail how a stay-at-home mom can start a home-based business teaching kids to sew. This book includes easy to follow directions, clip art and sample flyers.

From the Publisher

Carolyn Curtis began teaching kids to sew in her home over 16 years ago when her four daughters asked if she would teach them to sew. It was only a short time later that their friends also wanted to learn how to sew. After developing a teaching curriculum, she soon had 83 students and was earning more than $1,600 per month working part-time at home.

From this modest beginning the Kids Can Sew & Craft curriculum has become the world's #1 program for teaching 6-12 year old children how to sew their own clothes. Thousands of women have successfully used this Instructor Training Manual to teach more than 500,000 children to sew.

2.0 out of 5 stars This is a sales pamphlet disguised as a book, March 22, 2004
By A Customer
I received this book today and I'm just sick to my stomach that I paid so much for a sales gimmic. Each chapter describes in detail why you need to buy thier franchise and patterns to have a sewing business. You won't be able to take this book and start teaching students. There's not even information about their pricing or franchise fees. I feel like I was ripped off. To top it off the book is cheaply bound in a spiral and printed on the front of a page and the back is blank. So the number of pages is deceptive. Don't waste your money on this one, keep looking.
