5.0 out of 5 stars Great book, April 30, 1999
By A Customer
Kushnick does a great public service by uncovering what many who are close to regulation already know, the Bell companies have been callingthe regulatory shots for years. Its time for real regulatory reform and real competition -- and the end of pandering to the multi-billion dollar telephone monopolists. Its time to require the spinoff of the monopoly local loops. The FCC's recent audits uncovering billions of dollars of missing central office equipment supports Kushnick's disclosures.
