Editorial Reviews

Product Description
'The only restriction on personal fulfilment is a self-imposed limiting mentality that denies opportunity or doesn't seek to stretch itself and reach its potential.' Trainer, writer and resource developer Douglas Miller specialises in positive mental attitude. In this pocketbook he sets out 31 techniques (one for each day of the month) to help develop a more positive mindset. 'We often see our capabilities only in terms of the things we have done rather than in terms of the things we could do', he states. For each of the techniques there is a summary of the key learning points, an explanation of the psychology behind the technique, an exercise/activity to reinforce the learning and, in the author's words, 'some great visuals'.

5.0 out of 5 stars Short & Sweet & Straight to the Point., July 22, 2007
By Terry Tozer "TJSKA.com" (Reading & Bracknell, UK) - See all my reviews
(REAL NAME)
A GREAT little starter book to introduce you to the ideas & concepts of what PMA (Positive Mental Attitude) is all about. Small & compact & probably easy enough to read & digest within a day or two.

Like most of these types of book I always recommend reading them 2 or 3 times to make sure the message has sunk in (literally - to your subconscious mind).

If you can take the ideas of this book on board & remember to apply them in your life they very probably could have life positive changing effects that will enhance your success & happiness.

Again, like all of the books in the "Pocketbook" series, Douglas has laid this book out in an easy to read & pleasant style that is easy on the eye with plenty of eye catching pictures to help get the message across.

This book is a natural sequel to another in the Pocketbook series called Thinker's Pocketbook" by Angelena Boden.
