Paul has over twenty years experience in the field of sales and sales management, and for the past decade has been engaged in corporate education and consulting with many firms, including several Fortune 500 companies.

Additionally, he has served as an adjunct faculty member at Franklin Pierce College and Texas Woman's University. He holds a Bachelors' Degree in Marketing and a Masters in Business Administration. His professional affiliations include the American Society for Training And Development.

When not consulting in the corporate arena, he engages in numerous volunteer efforts, including building housing for the needy, youth leader in his church's youth ministry, and tutoring and mentoring at-risk children at a Dallas inner-city elementary school.
