This book is wonderfully paced and all the characters - even secondary characters - are fresh and lively. Though at first I wanted to strangle the heroine Jessica, by the end of the book I was cheering for her. This is a thrilling story full of characters who are at the same time incredibly quirky and completely real. The author gives her reader a glimpse into the lives of a theatrical troupe peopled with a very modern set of engaging characters.
