A collection possessed of fine wit and written with what is obviously great affection for SF and it's fandom. Langford is observant, insightful, and very, very funny. He is also warmly and amusingly self-depricating....and sometimes, maybe, a bit too self-referential, which is the only reason I didn't immediatly offer five stars.

The read is worth every moment of your time if you're at all interested in the culture of the SF world. I've never picked up a copy of SFX, so it was a pleasure to find this collection.
