2.5 MINUTE RIDE is the performance of stand-up comedien Lisa Kron, complete with slide show, but, alas, you cannot see it on the audiobook. This stream-of-consciousness performance, which is illustrated by her slides, tells of Kron's life growing up, her grandparents, and their trip to Auschwitz. All the scenes are interspersed with vignettes about her family and punctuated with laughs from the audience. But without the visuals, it's difficult to find the humor in her tales, especially as she jumps around between trips to an amusement park and the experience of visiting Auschwitz. This makes a better video than audio performance.
