About the Author
Don White has a doctorate from the University of Sheffield, based on his research into organizational conflict. In 2000 he was appointed associate dean of the faculty of business and management at the University of Lincoln. He has published several articles and reports on information and systems in management and has acted as a consultant to the National Health Service. He lives in Lincoln, England.
