I've been using The Ultimate Guide to Weight Training for Golf for 8 weeks. I must say the results are amazing. I have added 7mph to my driver swing speed (109mph to 116mph) and my flexibility has increased dramatically. I have played a few rounds and feel I control the club much better at the top. I also don't fatigue at the end of the round. I never really thought working out made much of a difference, but your program works. A few friends just bought your book and have started their own programs. Thanks for a great service! --Chuck S

I play high school golf but I didn't win many awards because of my inability to hit the ball far which left me with long iron and wood shots into the greens.
