About the Author
Jon Watson is an independent GNU/Linux "gun for hire" consultant living in the beautiful maritime province of Nova Scotia, Canada. After graduating with a Computer Information Systems diploma from Mount Royal College in Calgary, Alberta, Jon proceeded to gain both a CompTIA Linux+ certification and an ExpertRating Linux certification while building up his open source consulting business (http://www.jonwatson.ca). Jon has several published articles in mainstream Linux magazines such as Linux Journal and Linux Pro and has spoken at various Linux and open source related events. Jon's current passion is running the Phoenix Hollow Bed and Breakfast (http://www.phoenixhollow.com) with his wife Kelly out of their century home in Windsor, Nova Scotia.
