Product Description

Marian Winslow is a talented and beautiful New York clothing designer who apparently has won it all when she meets and falls in love with Eddie Moran. He's wealthy, a lawyer who is drop-dead handsome and obviously knocked out by Marian. They marry and she's accepted by his huge and protective family. It's a family, though, that stands in the shadows... organized crime, family loyalties, big business, illegal activities and the FBI. Marian is dominated by this family; she learns there's no way out for her.

From rags to riches, then from wife to hunted wife turned informer. Wonderful drama, a cinderella story gone wrong. Action, drama, romance, intrigue, etc. Must see!

This was an excellent story of a mafia family which was very powerful and ruthless. Joe Penny did a superb job as Melissa Gilbert's husband. At first he courted her, and it showed how much he loved her and how very much she loved him. But then as mafia business and revenge grew, he changed and could not disappoint the family. Melissa suddenly realized what she had gotten into and she tried desperately to leave the family, but was not successful. She is a wonderful actress and showed how innocence and naivete came to be her downfall. I loved this movie!!

Melissa Gilbert is splendid in this movie. That cutey-patouty Joe Penny is fantastic. I watched this movie and fell in love with it. Its about a woman falling in love with a handsome, rich...mafioso. She doesnt know it until they are married and then she will have to make a decision... that could be her last!
